Answer: Zinc: Oysters and other shellfish, fish, red meat, dark meat of poultry, wholegrains, legumes, nuts and seeds. -

How big are these tablets? I have trouble swallowing.
Answer: They are quite large. They are approx one inch in length and just under half an inch wide. However, you could reduce them to a powder and incorporate the tablet in a smoothie. -

I’m also taking 400mg magnesium. Anyone know how much magnesium in these? I don't want to overdo it.

Answer: On the bottle that I purchased last month, the expiry date is 12/2020 and they are super once a day. -

When I opened the plastic wrapping that covers the jar, the lid came off too and there was no seal on the top. Is that normal?
Answer: I've been taking these vits for some years now and I can't recall it ever having had a seal under the cap. The shrink-wrap outer plastic is perfectly fine as a seal so long as it is intact.
