répondre: Well, it says to keep refrigerated and it used to come with an ice pack. I assume it should be from a refrigerator provided to the seller is legitimate. I would contact them for clarification, however, I have moved on to a different product after using this one for a few years. The last 3 orders of this product came w/o ice pack just fyi.
