Downunder Horsemanship Horse Driving Equipment Editorial Review

The Downunder Horsemanship Handy Stick and Aussie String have received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers are impressed with the quality and durability of the training stick, others have experienced issues with the string and tip. One customer expressed their satisfaction with the product, stating that it is well-made and looks nice. They believe that it will last a long time and have no regrets about purchasing it. However, another customer was disappointed with the weight of the string, finding it lighter than previous versions and prone to tangling. They even questioned the authenticity of the product and ended up borrowing a different stick during a lesson, planning to purchase directly from the brand's website. There is also a positive review from a user who highly recommends this tool for training horses, especially in Liberty. They mention that it allows for a safe reach and can be used as a lunge whip, but caution against using it forcefully as it can cause damage. On the downside, a customer complained that the top of their whip came apart after six weeks of use. They were told to use superglue to fix it, which they found unacceptable given the price of the product. In contrast, another customer shared their positive experience, stating that it is their favorite stick. They appreciate the sturdy handle, grip, and easy flicking action. They find it more effective than longer whips for applying pressure and controlling their horse. Overall, the Downunder Horsemanship Handy Stick and Aussie String have both satisfied and disappointed customers. While some appreciated its quality and functionality, others experienced issues such as tangling string and broken tips. It is important for potential buyers to Consider both positive and negative feedback before making a purchasing decision.
