NewAgePet Outdoor Pens & Hutches ERH305 Editorial Review
The New Age Pet ECOFLEX Columbia Rabbit Hutch has garnered mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both positive attributes and significant quality control issues. Users have expressed satisfaction with the hutch's straightforward assembly process, which can be completed quickly with careful attention to orientation of the parts. The material, designed to be moisture-resistant and prevent rotting due to animal waste, is a particular point of appreciation among those who own rabbits or other small pets. Customers noted that the hutch looks appealing and fits well within their outdoor setups. However, many users faced challenges due to manufacturing defects, such as a misaligned side or missing parts, leading to frustration during assembly. While some were able to resolve these issues with the company's customer service—like receiving replacement parts—others expressed disappointment and aimed to seek refunds. The inConsistency in part fitting and occasional defects has clouded the overall satisfaction with the hutch. Despite these quality concerns, some customers find creative ways to address minor flaws, using glue to repair small damages and even incorporating design elements to mask imperfections. Overall, while the ECOFLEX Columbia Rabbit Hutch offers potential as a stylish and functional pet dwelling, buyers should be prepared for possible issues with assembly and part compatibility. **
