Norpro Food Processor Parts & Accessories Editorial Review
The Norpro Ravioli Maker With Press is a handy tool for making homemade ravioli. The press is used to create indents in the dough, which are then filled with the desired ingredients. The ravioli are cut out with the pressure from a rolling pin. The bottom of the maker is made of sturdy plastic, while the top is made of metal. It may take a few tries to get the hang of using the press, but it is generally easy to use. It is recommended not to overfill the ravioli to avoid splitting during cooking. Overall, this ravioli maker is a convenient tool for creating delicious homemade ravioli.
