Questions et réponses des clients

  • question: What are Command Picture Hanging Strips and how do they work?

répondre: Command Picture Hanging Strips are adhesive strips designed for easy and damage-free hanging of pictures and decor on walls. They use a unique adhesive that allows you to stick them directly onto the wall without nails or tools. To use, simply attach one side of the strip to the wall and the other to your picture frame, press firmly, and hold for a few seconds. This makes them ideal for renters or anyone looking to avoid wall damage. They are suitable for a variety of surfaces, like painted walls, tiles, and wood.
  • question: How many strips are included in the variety pack?

répondre: The Command Picture Hanging Strips Variety Pack contains a total of 64 strips: 8 small pairs, 16 medium pairs, and 8 large pairs. This assortment allows you to choose the appropriate strip size for different frames and weights, ensuring secure hanging for all your wall art. The availability of various sizes also allows for flexibility in decor arrangement, making it easier to mix and match frames without needing additional tools or hardware.
  • question: Can these strips hold heavy frames or artwork?

répondre: Yes, Command Picture Hanging Strips are specially designed to hold frames and artwork up to specific weights depending on the size of the strip used. While the small and medium strips are suited for lighter frames, the large strips can handle heavier pieces. It's important to check the weight limits for each strip size to ensure that your pictures remain securely mounted on the wall without falling or causing damage.
  • question: Are Command Picture Hanging Strips removable and will they leave a residue?

répondre: Yes, Command Picture Hanging Strips are designed to be removable without causing damage or leaving any sticky residue on the wall. To remove, simply pull down on the tab of the strip, and it will release cleanly from the surface. This feature is perfect for anyone who likes to frequently change their decor or for renters who need to avoid wall damage and maintain the integrity of their living space.
  • question: What surfaces can I use Command Picture Hanging Strips on?

répondre: Command Picture Hanging Strips can be used on a variety of surfaces, including painted walls, textured walls, ceramic tiles, and wood. However, they may not adhere well to surfaces such as brick, wallpaper, or rough surfaces. It's crucial to clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying the strips to ensure optimal adhesion. This adaptability makes them a versatile option for decorating living spaces.
  • question: Can I use these strips in humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms?

répondre: Command Picture Hanging Strips can be used in humid environments, but it is recommended to use the strips designed specifically for bathroom or kitchen use for better adherence. These specialized strips are formulated to withstand moisture and humidity. They are perfect for organizing or decorating in these areas without compromising on the aesthetic or functionality of your space.
  • question: How do I best apply the Command Picture Hanging Strips?

répondre: To apply Command Picture Hanging Strips effectively, start by cleaning the wall surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove any dust or oils. Next, separate the strips and press them together until they click. Attach the assembled strips to the frame, and then press the frame against the wall location for about 30 seconds. This method ensures a strong hold, making it easier to display your artwork securely.
  • question: Can I reuse Command Picture Hanging Strips?

répondre: Command Picture Hanging Strips are designed for one-time use and should not be reused after they have been removed. After the strips are removed, they lose their adhesive properties and cannot provide the same security as when first applied. It is best to use a new strip each time you want to hang a new frame or decoration to ensure the pieces stay securely mounted on your walls.
  • question: Where can I buy Command Picture Hanging Strips Variety Pack in Saint Pierre and Miquelon?

répondre: You can buy the Command Picture Hanging Strips Variety Pack from Ubuy, a trusted online retailer in Saint Pierre and Miquelon. Ubuy offers a wide selection of home improvement products, including these damage-free hanging strips, making it convenient for you to enhance your living spaces without tools or hassle. Just visit their website to find the variety pack and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
  • question: Are Command Picture Hanging Strips weather resistant?

répondre: Command Picture Hanging Strips are not designed for outdoor use and are not weather resistant. They perform best in indoor environments where temperature and humidity are controlled. Using these strips outdoors may result in decreased adhesion and may not provide the same damage-free removal benefits. For outdoor applications, it’s advisable to explore other specialized hanging solutions designed to withstand weather elements.
