Amazon Grocery Toaster Pastries Editorial Review
The Amazon Fresh Frosted Toaster Pastries Club Pack in Strawberry and Brown Cinnamon Sugar flavors has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers have praised these toaster pastries, saying they are much better than popular brand Pop-Tarts, which they find dry and too thin. They also appreciate the combination pack option when their preferred flavor is unavailable. However, not all customers are satisfied with the product. One customer found the pastries to have too much heavy pastry/bread compared to filling and frosting, while another described them as horrible tasting with a strange and lingering aftertaste. Despite the mixed reviews on taste, customers generally agree that the price of these toaster pastries is excellent. However, there have been some complaints about the packaging during shipment. Although the pastries come in their original box, they are placed in a bag for shipping, resulting in crushed pastries and small tears on the packaging. On the positive side, some customers have noted that their kids couldn't tell the difference between these Amazon Fresh toaster pastries and the name-brand Pop-Tarts. They feel that the amount of filling and crust is similar to the brand name version, making it a suitable alternative for those who enjoy Pop-Tarts. Overall, the Amazon Fresh Frosted Toaster Pastries Club Pack has its strengths and weaknesses. While it offers a more affordable alternative to Pop-Tarts and is enjoyed by some customers, others find the taste disappointing and have had issues with the packaging during shipment.
