187 Killer Pads Slim Elbow Pad for Skate and Skateboarding
The 187 Killer Pads Slim Elbow Pad has garnered a positive reception among users, particularly those involved in skating sports such as roller derby and electric unicycling. Many customers appreciate the product's slim design, which offers adequate protection without excessive bulk. The single Velcro closure is noted for its practicality, ensuring a snug fit that stays in place during use. Users have acknowledged that although the slim fit can feel tight initially, the pads tend to stretch slightly with use, leading to enhanced comfort over time. Several reviewers highlighted the durability of the pads, noting a longer lifespan compared to other brands. They also remarked on their quick drying time, making them ideal for frequent use, especially in humid environments. However, there are concerns about the grommets rusting if the pads are left outdoors in moist conditions. Most users have adapted by drying their gear indoors despite the occasional odor issue. Overall, the 187 Killer Pads Slim Elbow Pad is favored for its balance of protection, comfort, and low profile, making them suitable for various activities beyond skating, such as walking on uneven surfaces. **
