Customers have confirmed that vintage Selmer mark VI and Selmer Paris Super Action 80 - Series II saxophones fit perfectly and that even Big Bell saxophones are snug but fit great without damaging anything. The latches on the case are black plastic with the "bam" logo on them and are opened via a button on the bottom of the latch. Customers have also confirmed that the case comes with a pouch for the neck. If the buyer lost the keys to the Cabine Lock, they could contact the dealer to request for replacement parts from Bam. Although some customers praised it as a nice and beautiful case, customers who owned the Super Action 2 series saxophones complained that the case was too small and did not fit their saxophone despite it being described as fitting a Selmer mark VI on the BAM website. The case has three plastic closures, and the bottom part that does not close properly needs a bit of forcing.
