The New Nintendo 2DS XL System in Purple & Silver comes pre-installed with Mario Kart 7, making it an added bonus for its users. The system has a bigger screen than expected, with bright screens that are great for those with bad eyesight. It is perfect for those with big hands and provides nostalgia for elder audiences. One customer had an issue of it not turning on after 4 months, but this is not the case for most customers. The downside is that the warranty doesn't cover problems with normal wear and tear, however, some customers found it to be an affordable handheld game. Personal information sharing is required to download certain games. The only negative comment left was about warranties being a waste of money. Overall, the New Nintendo 2DS XL System received positive reviews.
