POWERTEC Wood Laminate Flooring 71479 Editorial Review
The POWERTEC 71479 Pro Pull Bar for Laminate Flooring has garnered a positive reception from users, who praise its robust Construction and ease of use. Made from heavy gauge steel, it stands out for its durability and capability to withstand intense jobs without bending, a common complaint with less expensive versions. Users have reported completing flooring projects—some as extensive as 1100 square feet—without compromise to the tool's structure or damage to the flooring. A key highlight of this pull bar is its design; its extra length and weight provide substantial leverage, particularly beneficial when maneuvering in tight spaces around walls and cabinets. The tool's effective soft pads also help to prevent scratching the flooring during installation. Many customers note that it makes the challenging final piece of flooring installation straightforward, enhancing the overall experience for both amateur and experienced DIYers. However, there are some concerns regarding quality control, specifically a reported defect with the placement of a pad that rubbed against the floor's surface. While this did not deter overall satisfaction—especially after a quick DIY fix—some users feel that better support from the manufacturer could elevate the purchasing experience. Nonetheless, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with users recommending the pull bar for its effectiveness and reliability. **
