Received mine today. what's the best way to clean or coat it so my hands aren't always black after using it?
répondre: I have not encountered the problem of turning my hands black after using. I would probably only wipe this clean with water. Cast iron used for cooking is usually 'seasoned' with grease. You could coat it with cooking oil but then your hands will get greasy. I wouldn't recommend coating it with anything. This could affect the way it sounds. -
